Leap Financial Services is located in Ganesh Peth. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know it has a lot of old charm and very narrow streets that are always crowded. Our office fits right into the neighborhood. It is a straightforward place with desks, some metal cabinets, and a lot of ledgers. We do not have any big marketing displays or neon signs. Most of our visitors are people from the area who have known us for a long time. The street noise from outside can be quite loud, especially in the afternoons, but we have learned to work through it. We spend our hours looking at files and talking to people about their paperwork. We drink quite a lot of chai to keep our energy up during the long days. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we are usually too busy with the accounts to worry about that. There is just a small group of us working here. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks who live in the nearby buildings. It feels very much like a community spot. We open the doors early in the morning and we do not leave until the day's work is finished. It is a quiet, honest way to run things in Ganesh Peth, and we prefer it that way without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
