Lead Jack Infocom Private Limited is located out in Hadapsar, Pune. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, but we are at Row House H-4 in the Koyana Sahakari Sanstha. It is near the 17 1/2 Nali area, specifically on S 181 183. Being in a row house is nice because we have a bit more space than a cramped office unit. We have got a few rooms where different teams sit, and it feels quite homey. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, so it is a busy place to be. We started out small and we have stayed that way on purpose. We like knowing exactly what is happening with every project. There is no big hierarchy here; if something needs fixing, whoever is closest just does it. We do not spend money on expensive furniture or big marketing campaigns. We would rather just put that effort into the actual work we do for people. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic with phones ringing and people talking, but that is just a normal day for us. The Koyana society is a quiet enough spot most of the time, which helps when we really need to focus. We have been here for several years and do not really see ourselves moving anytime soon. It is a practical setup for a practical company. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it.
