It is a residential kind of area, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We are LAXMI UNIQUE REALTY LLP. Our office is basically just a flat that we have set up for work. It is comfortable and it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time looking at the local listings around Haveli and the rest of Pune City. Dhanori has grown a lot lately, and there are always new buildings popping up. We just keep track of what is happening nearby. It is a lot of phone calls and meeting people to show them around. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and notes scribbled on pads. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door of the flat. It is a very direct way of doing things. We prefer it this way because it keeps the costs down and things stay simple. Pune is a big place, but working from a flat in Vidya Nagar makes it feel smaller and more manageable. We just do our work, handle the real estate side of things, and try to stay on top of the local market trends without too much fuss.
