Our place is down at No. 24/2B in Sainath Nagar. We are right off the Old Mundhwa Road. If you are looking for us just look for Laxmi Tiles because we are very close to them. The road there gets quite dusty because of all the trucks moving around during the day. We have a modest setup here. It is not much to look at from the outside but we have everything we need to handle the international side of things. There is usually a lot of activity with loading or checking boxes. We spend a lot of time checking emails and making sure shipments are where they should be. The office is a bit small and we have calendars and maps pinned to the walls. It is mostly just hard work and keeping track of details. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. Sometimes it is just a delivery or a neighbor stopping by to talk. The area is more industrial and residential mixed together. We like it because it is easy for the bigger vehicles to get in and out without much trouble. Most of the people working here live nearby so we know the neighborhood well. It is a straightforward business. We do not try to make it look like something it isn't. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done before the trucks head out in the evening.
