Landmark Realtors is located in Office No D 2 on the ground floor of the Liberty Building No 2. This is on North Main Road in Koregaon Park, but the address also mentions Koramangala 5th Block and Sukhsagar Road, which can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. We are right opposite the Pizza Hut, which is the easiest way to find us. If you see the pizza place, just look across the street and you’ll see our building. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just wander in when they are looking for a place to rent or buy. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and property listings taped to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out driving around to show houses to people. It’s a busy job and the phone never really stops ringing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. The Liberty Building is a well-known spot, so it helps with giving directions. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It is just a regular local real estate office where we work every day and help folks find a roof over their heads.
