Kundan Estates

Kundan Estates is located in Pimple Saudagar. We are right by the Vidyapet Circle, which is a very busy roundabout. If you are looking for us, we are quite near Planet Millennium, which most people in the area know. Real estate is what we do here, mostly focusing on the properties around this side of the city. Pimple Saudagar has changed so much lately, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. Our office is a practical space where we meet people to talk about land and flats. It isn't a corporate showroom with glass walls; it’s just a place with some desks and chairs. Being near Vidyapet Circle means it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time out of the office, checking on different sites, but there is usually someone here. The area around Planet Millennium is always active, so there’s a lot of movement throughout the day. We don't use any slick sales talk or anything like that. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. It’s a local business run by folks who understand the neighborhood. We’ve seen the circle get busier and busier over the years, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a basic setup that works for us and the people who come to see us.
