We are based at Nilesh Park, specifically in Flat Number 8, here in Pune. Being in a residential complex makes our work feel a lot more personal. We aren’t some big agency in a glass building. We’re just local people who know a lot about the real estate market in Maharashtra. Most of our work involves helping families find a place to live or helping someone sell their old flat. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more talking. We don’t follow any strict corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. If a place has bad plumbing or the light isn’t great, we’ll probably tell you. There’s no point in hiding stuff. Our office is pretty small, just enough space for a few chairs and some filing cabinets. We do most of our work on our mobile phones while we are out visiting different sites. Pune is a big place, but we try to stick to the areas we know best. It’s been a few years now, and we’ve built up a decent list of people who trust us. We don't have any big missions or slogans. We just show up every day, answer the phone, and try to get the contracts sorted out without too much trouble. It’s just a normal job for us. We aren't looking to become famous or anything; we just want to help people get through their property transactions with as little stress as possible.
