Kulkarni Properties

Kulkarni Properties is situated at B/6/14 in Warje, right across from the Mai Mangeshkar Hospital. It’s a very easy landmark to find, and we’re there most days of the week. Being opposite the hospital means there’s always a lot of activity on the street—ambulances, people visiting, and general traffic. Our office is a modest space where we deal with all things related to local real estate. We get a lot of people dropping in because they saw our sign while they were over at the hospital or just passing through Warje. We handle rentals, sales, and general property management. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s something we know how to do well. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and keys, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking to different blocks in the area to check on flats. Warje is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings come up over the years. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or high-pressure sales. We just tell people what’s available and what the prices are like around here. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of our neighbors know us, and we like being the local spot people go to when they need help with a house. It’s just us doing our bit in this corner of the city.
