Kuldevee Realty Llp

Our office is at Ten Square, specifically Office No. 504. It’s in a decent part of Pune City, and we’ve been here for a bit now. Kuldevee Realty Llp is what we call our small business. Most days involve us sitting around the office, making calls, and going through property documents. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a lot of physical folders because we still like to have things on paper. The building itself is usually busy with other small businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working. We deal with realty stuff, which in Pune means a lot of checking on local rules and regulations. It can be quite a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. We try to keep our work straightforward. No big promises, just looking at what’s available and trying to make sense of the market for whoever asks. Sometimes we get lunch from the small shop downstairs and eat at our desks. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business. We just keep at it, day after day, in our corner of Ten Square. It’s just how we operate.
