Ksh & Associates

We have been running Ksh & Associates for some time now from our office on Sinhagad Road. If you are looking for us, we are right there in Flat No 2 at Subhadra Smruti Apartment. It is pretty easy to find since we are sitting just opposite the Manikbag Petrol Pump. Most people know the Indian Overseas Bank in this building, and we are just above it. Vadgaon Budruk is a busy area, but our spot is relatively quiet once you get inside. We handle our work here every day. It is just a small team of us working through paperwork and meeting folks who drop by. Usually, someone is around during the regular hours. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a bit much in the evenings, so morning visits are often better for everyone. We have lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we know how things go around here. There is nothing fancy about the setup, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. We try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of what needs doing. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the bank sign and you will see the stairs leading up. It is a straightforward place for getting business done without any extra fuss. We stay busy with the local crowd and the shops nearby. That is pretty much what we do and who we are.
