Our little office is tucked away at 154 Rasta Peth in Pune. We are part of the Manishri Co-Op Housing Society, right by Shiralsheth Chowk. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now, dealing with all sorts of property things. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here, doing the daily grind. The office itself is pretty basic—just desks, chairs, and a lot of documents that need sorting. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. When people come in to ask about a place, we just give them the facts without any of that polished sales talk you hear in bigger cities. We know the Rasta Peth area inside and out because we spend so much time walking these streets. Sometimes the building gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is when we catch up on our paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the community here in Pune. We just try to do our work properly and help people out when they have questions about local real estate. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place, and we think that’s why people around here seem to get along with us just fine.
