We are located in Highway Towers over in Chinchwad. Our office is on the third floor, specifically rooms A-19 to A-21. It is a big building and sometimes the elevators take a minute if it is the lunch hour. Being in Kalbhornagar means we are right near the main flow of things in the Chinchwad and Mulshi areas. From the third floor, you can see a bit of the surrounding area, which is mostly a mix of shops and people going about their business. At KLB Realty LLP, we just handle the day-to-day property tasks that come our way. It is a lot of looking at maps and checking on different plots or apartments. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet people. We have a lot of stuff piled up sometimes because there is always something new to look into. Chinchwad is quite different from the main Pune city, it has its own pace. We like being out here because it feels a bit more grounded. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing things up on the computer. It is steady work. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything. As long as the lights work and the internet is on, we are good to go. It is a straightforward way to run a property business.
