Kiran Prabhakar Bholane

Kiran Prabhakar Bholane has an office at B-3 in Soba Tower. We are located in Sadashiv Peth, which is a very well-known part of town, especially because we are so close to Poona Hospital. The building is a bit older and has a lot of different offices in it. It can be a little confusing to find the right door at first, but once you find B-3, you are in the right place. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you with a scripted message. It is just a normal office where we do our daily work. There are some old chairs for visitors and a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving. Sadashiv Peth is a busy area, but our office feels a bit like its own little world. We do not use any high-tech systems for our records, mostly just handwritten notes and some basic files on the computer. It is how Kiran has always done things, and it works fine. We get our tea from a small shop nearby and usually have a chat with the other people in the building. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a practical space for practical work. We stay open until the evening most days, as long as there is still something left to do on the desk.
