Khed City - Industrial Park, Sez

Our office is on Level 4 of the Amar Avinash Corporate Plaza, right on Bund Garden Road. It is a pretty central spot in Pune, and it is where we manage the Khed City industrial park and SEZ. While the actual park is a bit of a distance away, this is where all the planning and the heavy meetings happen. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to people who want to set up factories or warehouses in the area. It is not always exciting; there is a lot of paperwork involving land and government rules. The office is usually humming with the sound of the air conditioning and people talking on the phone. We are not a corporate giant with thousands of employees in this specific office, just a dedicated group of us trying to get this industrial city built up. We deal with a lot of different industries, so one day we might be talking about car parts and the next about food processing. Bund Garden Road is always busy, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore in the morning traffic, but we have a decent view of the area. We don't have a flashy mission statement on the wall. We just show up and try to help businesses find a place to grow. It is mostly about land, infrastructure, and making sure the project moves forward.
