Impact Securitas

Impact Securitas is based in room F-110 on the first floor of Ashoka Mall. We are right on Bund Garden Road in the Camp area, directly across from the Sun N Sand Hotel. It is a busy part of the city, and having the hotel right there makes it easy to give people directions. Being inside a mall means we have to follow the mall hours for some things, but since we are a security business, our work never really stops. The office is a bit small, but it fits our desks and the chairs we need for staff meetings. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating schedules and checking in on different sites. It can get a bit hectic when someone calls out sick and we have to shuffle the roster at the last minute. The first floor of Ashoka Mall is usually quite busy on the weekends, but during the week it is a bit more peaceful for us to get our paperwork done. We have a small window that looks out towards the road, which is good for people-watching when we have a spare moment. We have been here for a while and the other shop owners in the mall are all familiar faces to us. We do not have any fancy brochures or big advertisements. We just focus on making sure our staff is ready and our records are kept in order every day.
