We’ve been here at Sadashivpeth near Hatti Ganpati Chowk for quite some time now. Khandelwal Jain Associates is just a small group of us working on Tilak Road. Most days are busy with people coming in and out. It’s a tight space but we manage. You know how it is in this part of town, parking is always a bit of a headache but we're right by the landmark. We handle a lot of paperwork and figures. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk-and-chair kind of setup where we get through the daily tasks. Sometimes the tea guy comes late, and things get a bit chaotic when deadlines hit. We have regular folks who stop by just to drop off folders or ask a quick question about their filings. The office has that old Pune building feel to it. It’s loud outside with the traffic on Tilak Road, but inside we just keep our heads down and work. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us because they know the area well. It's just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized among the piles of files. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The shop downstairs has changed hands three times, but we're still here doing our thing. It's honest work, and we like being part of the local scene here near the Ganpati temple. We don't use fancy software for everything, sometimes a ledger just works better for a quick check. Life moves slow even when the traffic outside is fast.
