KGR PROPERTIES AND REALTORS LLP

The office is on East Street in the Camp area. If you know Pune, you know how busy Camp gets, especially on the weekends. We are on the first floor of the Kumar Office building, which is at number 2413. It is an old part of town, but it has a lot of character. We spend most of our time here at KGR PROPERTIES AND REALTORS LLP dealing with whatever comes across our desks. There are always people walking up and down East Street, and you can hear the noise from the street if the window is open. It is a practical setup we have here. Nothing too flashy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with real estate stuff every day, and it keeps us pretty busy. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day. We have been in this spot for a bit now and we know the neighbors well. It is a good place for a business because everyone knows where East Street is. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings. It is more about just getting the work done and helping folks figure out their property stuff. Camp has that old-school feel that you don't find in the newer parts of Pune. We just stay here and do our bit.
