Kayce Realty Concepts is based in Kothrud. You can find us at Bandal Dhankude Plaza, which is right across from the PMT Depot on CSC Road No 4. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the bus depot is. We work on property stuff here. Most of our time is spent looking at floor plans or talking to people about houses and offices in the Kothrud area. The office isn't anything too special, just a place to sit down and go over documents. We have been in this plaza for a while now. The area is always noisy with buses coming and going, but that’s just how it is. We deal with a lot of local landlords and people looking to move into the neighborhood. Real estate involves a lot of walking around and looking at different buildings. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of agents. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep up with what's available. We often have people just popping in to ask about prices or what's for rent nearby. It's a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. We try to keep things clear so people know what they're getting into. If you're near the depot, you'll see our name on the plaza directory. We just try to stay on top of the local listings and help folks find a spot.
