Kavita Estate

Kavita Estate is located over in Parvati 4th Block, right on the 80 Feet Peripheral Road. We’ve been set up here at 176/A/2 for a while. The area gets pretty busy with people driving by all day, and there’s always something happening on the street outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our papers and talk to folks who come in looking for help with property stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around showing different spots to people. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Some days are quiet and we just sit here with a cup of tea, but other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We know the neighborhood well because we’ve spent so many hours here. You get used to the sounds of the traffic and the regulars walking their dogs. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the files get a bit messy, and the chairs aren't the newest, but it works for us. If you’re ever near the peripheral road, you’ve probably seen our sign. We’ve seen the shops around us change owners and the trees grow taller. It’s a decent place to work, even when the monsoon rain hits the windows hard. We just keep plugging away at it day by day.
