We are based in Pune at Anand Park. Our office is located in the Kukareja Heritage complex, Building 4, Flat 402. The area is officially SNo. 90 A1 1. We call our business Kastakaar Solutions. We aren't a big firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a few of us who have experience in different business solutions. We handle things like consulting and technical support for other small companies. Our office is a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. It’s not corporate at all. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small kitchen where we make a lot of chai throughout the day. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy branding. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or local connections. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The commute isn't too bad for most of us since we live nearby. We don't use much business jargon or try to impress people with big presentations. We just sit down and talk about what needs to be done. If a client has a problem, we try to fix it as simply as possible. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We enjoy being a small part of the Pune business community and just keeping our heads down and working.
