KANAV PROPERTIES LLP

We are over at Dorabjee Classic in Koregaon Park. It is on Lane 5, right in the middle of everything. We have been here for a while now, just working out of room 102. Most days it is just us dealing with the usual property paperwork and talking to people who walk in. Koregaon Park is a busy place, but Lane 5 is okay. We have seen a lot of buildings go up around here over the years. Some people think property work is fancy, but mostly it is just keeping track of files and making sure the addresses are right. Our desk is usually covered in folders and some old tea cups. It is not a very big office, but it works for what we do. We mostly stay focused on the local area because that is what we know best. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud in the afternoons. Pune has changed so much lately, and being in this part of town means you see it every single day. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. People just come by when they need to check on something. We just keep things simple here at KANAV PROPERTIES LLP. Most of the time, we are just sitting here going through the latest listings or answering the phone. It is a decent spot to work from, and we like being near all the local shops and trees in KP.
