You can find us at 439 Guruwar Peth. We are located near the Ahilyadevi Mitra Mandal and the Ganj Peth Police Chowki. Dhangar Galli is a narrow street, so it’s usually better to walk if you can. Kamlapure Creations has been in this neighborhood for many years. Our building is an older one, typical for this part of the city. Inside, it’s a bit cluttered with all our supplies and the things we are making. We don't have a showroom, so what you see is just the actual workspace. It’s often busy and there is usually something being moved around or sorted. We are just a few people working together here. We don't really have titles or anything like that. We just do whatever needs to be done that day. Being near the police chowki makes it easy for people to find the general area. The neighborhood is very traditional and we’ve lived and worked here long enough to know almost everyone on the street. It’s a noisy place with kids playing and vendors going by, but we like the atmosphere. We don't do any big advertising. We just rely on being around for a long time. Our work is very hands-on and we don't use much technology. It’s just us in our small shop in Guruwar Peth, doing what we know how to do best without any fuss or fancy talk or big plans.
