Our office is basically a flat over in Runwal Paradise, specifically Flat No C 8. We are based in the Bhusari Colony area of Kothrud, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune. Being near the Kothrud Depot makes it easy for some of us to get to work, though the traffic at the junction can be a real headache in the evenings. It is a residential building, so it does not feel like a cold, stiff workplace. You get that neighborhood feeling when you walk in. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the colony. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. We handle various net venture projects from these desks. There is not a big sign outside or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most days are spent on the computers, occasionally taking breaks to talk about local news or what is happening in Kothrud. We do not try to sound more important than we are. It is a small team and we like it that way. If you are looking for us, you just head towards the depot and turn into the lane for Runwal Paradise. It is a quiet enough spot once you are inside the gates. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized without making a big fuss about things. The building staff is friendly, and it feels like a normal home-office environment.
