We've been running things from Shop 12 in the B Wing of J Ganesh Samrajya Complex for quite a while now. It’s a decent-sized place and easy enough for people to find once they get into the complex. Our day usually starts with checking the messages and seeing who is looking for what kind of property. We deal with all sorts of things, from small flats to bigger commercial spots around this area. It isn't always smooth sailing because property paperwork can be a real mess sometimes, but we just take it one step at a time. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to folks. We know the local streets and the people living here pretty well. Sometimes we just stand outside the shop and chat with the neighbors to see what's happening in the market. It’s better than reading it in a newspaper, I guess. We don't use any slick sales talk or try to push people into things they don't want. If a house fits your budget, we show it to you. If it doesn't, we look for something else. It's just honest work. We spend a lot of our time walking people around to different buildings in the B wing or across the complex. By the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of busy. The fan in the corner squeaks a bit but it keeps us cool.
