Being on Alandi Road means there’s always traffic and dust. We are in the Pooja Building, Sno 83, right in Mhaske Vasti. It’s an industrial sort of area. We’ve been dealing with electronics for a long time. The workshop is usually full of components and tools. You can smell the solder most mornings. It’s not a quiet place. Someone is always testing a board or checking a circuit. I’ve got a few guys working the floor who’ve been with me since the start. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. Pune 411015 has changed, but our corner stays mostly the same. The building is okay, nothing special, but it keeps the rain off the machines. We deal with all sorts of electronic stuff. Sometimes it's a bit overwhelming with the amount of tiny parts we have to keep track of. Boxes are stacked up everywhere. I try to keep a schedule, but things often go sideways when a part doesn't arrive on time. It’s just the way it goes. My office has a window but it mostly looks out at the road. You see the same people walking to the bus stop every day. We don't do much talking about fancy visions or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If something is broken, we try to fix it. That is the whole story of this place.
