Kala Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic, Kala Physiotherapy Clinic, is situated in Brahma Estate at the C-2 building, Office No 21. We are located near Jyoti Restaurant, which is a big landmark here in the Nibm-Kondhwa Khurd area. Finding the office can be a bit tricky if you are not used to the estate layout, but once you find C-2, we are right there on our floor. The clinic is not very large, but we have enough space for the mats and the equipment we need for the exercises. There is a small desk where we handle the appointments and a couple of chairs for waiting. The lighting is a bit dim in the hallways of the estate, but we have bright lights inside to see what we are doing. We spend most of our time helping people with their movements and showing them how to stretch properly. You can often hear the sounds from the neighboring offices or the faint smell of food from the restaurant nearby during lunchtime. It is a pretty steady environment. We see people of all ages who live around Kondhwa Khurd. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have someone coming in every hour. It is a straightforward place where we just focus on the physical work. We keep the equipment clean and try to stay organized, even when things get a little hectic in the afternoon. We like being part of the business community here at Brahma Estate.
