Kainovation Realty Private Limited

We work out of Regency Cosmos in Baner. Specifically, we are in Flat No-A1-103. Baner has changed so much lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the new shops and apartments. Our office is part of a residential-cum-commercial setup, which is quite common around here. Kainovation Realty Private Limited is our small venture. We spend most of our time looking at property listings and handling the administration that comes with being a Private Limited entity. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. The office is a bit crowded with files and old maps of the area. We have our desks pushed against the walls to make more space. Sometimes we forget to tidy up, so there are coffee mugs and notebooks everywhere. Baner is a good place to be, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during the evenings. We try to get our site visits done early in the morning. We don’t have a big sales pitch or a polished website. It’s mostly people finding us through friends or neighbors. We just do our best to get the paperwork right and help people understand the local real estate market. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job for us. We’ve been here for a while now and know the Baner area quite well. We keep things simple.
