You can find us over at 203, Sohrab Hall 21 on Sassoon Road. Kailash Vahan Udyog Ltd is more of an office setup here compared to some of the workshops out in the industrial zones. We deal with vehicles and transport equipment, so there’s a lot of coordination involved every day. Sassoon Road is a pretty busy part of the city, and Sohrab Hall is a well-known building, so it’s easy for people to find us. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people talking about deliveries and schedules. We have a lot of files and maps around to help us keep track of everything. It’s not the most modern office you’ve ever seen, but it works fine for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and manufacturers. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a shipment is late or a vehicle breaks down somewhere, but we just figure it out as we go. We aren’t really into corporate jargon or big meetings. We just want to make sure the vehicles are where they need to be. Most of us have been working in the transport line for a long time now. We know how the roads are and how long things actually take. It’s a lot of logistics and talking, but it’s what keeps the wheels turning for the business anyway.
