K C & Associates

We are located over in Aundh at Shri Krishna Mansion. You can find us sitting in the 3rd block, specifically at unit 12. It is an older building, which gives it a bit of character, though the stairs can be quite a climb if the lift is acting up. K C & Associates is just a small group of us working together every day. We have been in this spot for a long time and have gotten used to the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. Aundh is a very lively place with a lot of people constantly moving around. Our office is usually filled with messy rolls of blueprints and stacks of old files. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't really do much in terms of self-promotion or advertising. Most of the folks who come through the door are either regulars or people who live nearby and saw our name. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks. Sometimes we have to go out and visit various sites, but mostly we are right here in the mansion. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take our only real breaks. It is a very simple setup. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy waiting area for guests. If you come by, you will probably just see us working. We like it that way. It keeps the whole process very honest. The work is steady and it keeps us busy.
