Jivak Realtors LLP is based out of Amit Apartment in Sasane Nagar. We’ve been at Sasane Nagar for a bit now. Our office is in Flat B/13. It's a busy part of Hadapsar. We deal with property stuff around here. People come in when they need a place to rent or maybe buy something small. Hadapsar is growing, so things are always moving. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet folks. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Sasane Nagar is a bit much, but we are easy to find once you get here. Most of our work is just local. We know the buildings nearby because we see them every day. If someone is looking for a home in this specific pocket of Pune, they usually drop by. We handle the paperwork and talk to the owners. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving out and who wants to move in. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the details get sorted. It gets quiet in the afternoons sometimes, then picks up in the evening when people finish work. We just keep things simple. No big promises or anything, just helping with the houses in Amit Apartment and the streets around it. We try to be around most days, so if the door is open, someone is there to help.
