We are located up in Bavdhan Budruk, right in the Nyati Equatorial complex on the edge of Pune. Our office is in the Caladium building, unit E-1003. If you know this part of town, you know it is a lot quieter and greener than the city center, which we actually prefer. We spend most of our time here doing digital marketing work. It involves a lot of looking at data and trying to understand what people are doing online. We are not really into the fancy agency lifestyle with beanbags and ping-pong tables. We just like to get our tasks done without a whole lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings. The view from the tenth floor is pretty good, and it helps when you need to rest your eyes from the monitor for a minute. Most of the people working here have lived in Pune for a long time. We started Jena Digital because we wanted a place where we could just focus on marketing without dealing with corporate politics. It is a small team, mostly people we have known for years. We handle everything from this office, and while it gets a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, we usually keep things under control. No one wears a suit here, we are just regular folks trying to help businesses get some attention on the internet. It is honest work and we like being out here.
