We are over here at Junewane Nagar, right off the main Aundh Road in Pune. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the traffic coming through Aundh, but our corner near Shankar R Kungir’s place stays a bit more manageable. Jayashree Electron has been operating from this location for a while now. Most days start with the sound of the city waking up and the local shops rolling up their shutters. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle our electronic work and paperwork. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of Pune, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual technical stuff that comes with this industry. There’s always someone coming in or out, and the tea stall nearby is where most of us end up during the afternoon slump. It’s a standard workspace with desks, some equipment, and a lot of folders. We don't really have a big front desk or a lobby, it's more of a walk-in-and-start-working kind of setup. The weather in Pune is usually okay, though it gets quite dusty around here during the summer months. We just keep the fans going and get on with the tasks at hand. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a local business doing its thing in a residential-commercial mix area. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s pretty much how we run things every day.
