Jaswant Property Consultants is located over at 13 Fathima Nagar, right along the Pune Solapur Road. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you know the area well enough. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. We’ve been here for a bit, seeing the traffic go by every day towards Solapur or back into the heart of Pune. Fathima Nagar is a familiar place for many of us, and it’s got that specific local feel you only get in this part of town. The office isn't some big corporate glass tower; it’s more grounded and simple. We usually start the day early before the road gets too loud with trucks and buses. It gets pretty dusty sometimes with all the vehicles passing, but that’s just life on a major road like this one. People drop in to talk about properties or just to ask questions about the neighborhood. We keep things pretty informal here. There’s a desk, some chairs, and usually some tea going if someone has the time to sit for a minute. It’s not about being fancy for us. We just focus on what needs doing for the people who come in. Being at number 13 has its own charm, I suppose. It’s a steady place to work, and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers around us quite well over the years. It feels like we are part of the daily grind of the city.
