Jaiganesh Properties

We’ve been running Jaiganesh Properties from this spot near the Warje Kothrud Depot for quite some time now. It’s a busy area, so we see a lot of people coming and going every day. Mostly, we just help folks who are looking to move into the neighborhood or maybe find a small shop space around here. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We know the streets around Warje pretty well because we live and work right here. When someone walks in, we usually just sit down and talk about what they need. Sometimes it’s a family looking for a bigger kitchen, or a guy wanting to rent a room. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is buying, which isn't always easy when things change so fast. The traffic near the depot can get loud in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a few years. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they saw the sign while waiting for their bus or a neighbor told them to come talk to us. It’s just how things work in this part of town. If you're looking for a place, we probably know something about it. We’ve seen the area grow a lot lately. New buildings go up where there used to be empty land. It’s a lot to keep up with and we just do our part.
