Our office is over in Kharadi, near the Chandan Naga area, specifically by Morwadi Chowk on Ajmera Road. It is a spot that sees a lot of traffic. Jai Shambhu Real Estate Agent isn't some massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just us here, trying to keep track of what is available in Viman Nagar and the surrounding spots. The roads around here get pretty backed up in the evenings, so we usually stay late until the traffic dies down. We spend a lot of time on our phones or walking around to look at different flats and plots. People often stop by because they saw our sign while stuck at the light. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It is mostly just knowing which building is new and which one has issues with the plumbing. We try to be honest about that stuff because nobody likes surprises after they move in. The office is a bit small, and the air conditioner sometimes makes a weird noise, but it gets the job done for us. We have been around this part of the city for a while, so we have seen how much it has grown. It is a lot of work keeping up with it all, but we just take it as it comes. We are not trying to be the biggest agency, just a reliable one for the people around the chowk.
