Jagtap Estate Agency

Our place, Jagtap Estate Agency, is over at 5/B/1 in Wanowarie. We are right near Jagtap Chowk, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. The agency has been around for a bit, mostly dealing with the houses and shops nearby. We don't have a big team or a fancy setup. It’s just a small office with some chairs and a table where we can sit and look over agreements. Wanowarie is a good area, but it gets crowded, especially near the chowk in the evenings. We spend a lot of time out of the office showing properties to families or people looking for a new rental. It’s not always easy, sometimes people are very picky or the landlords are difficult, but we just deal with it one day at a time. I usually have the newspaper spread out on the desk in the morning while I wait for the phone to start ringing. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Pune, we just want to keep things moving here in our corner of the city. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the current one is fine for now. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If someone asks about a specific building, we usually know who lives there or what the rent is without having to look it up. It’s a local business run by local people.
