J Square Properties LLP is based out in Pune, specifically over in the Aundh neighborhood. You can find us at Anand Park, which is a pretty well-known spot for anyone living around here. Our office is on Survey Number 129-130, at plot number 12. Pune City has changed a whole lot lately, but Aundh still has that same nice feel to it. Anand Park is a decent, practical place for us to be based. We don’t have a huge flashy sign or anything like that, just our small office where we take care of our daily work. The pin code is 411007 if you ever need to mail something. Being in Maharashtra, we get to see all kinds of weather, and those rains in Pune can really be something else. J Square Properties LLP is just the name we use for our operations. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking for the park. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood for being in such a big city. We aren’t interested in those big corporate ways of doing things. We just like to keep it simple and local. If you know the Aundh area, you probably know where the S No 129-130 blocks are. We are just one of the businesses operating out of this part of the city. The trees around the park make the walk to the office quite pleasant in the mornings.
