Ist Realty Llp

We are located on the first floor of Jhala Chambers. It’s right on M.G. Road, number 167. If you know Pune, you know how busy M.G. Road gets, especially on weekends. Our office at Ist Realty Llp is a bit of an escape from all that noise outside, but not entirely. We can still hear the honking and the crowds. It’s an older style of building, which we kind of like. We spend our days dealing with various real estate tasks. It’s mostly about helping people find what they need or sorting out the paperwork for property transfers. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us doing the work. The office isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and a small table for meetings. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs brings us snacks while we work through the afternoon. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this street, but we’ve stuck around. Being an LLP gives us the flexibility to handle things our way. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking documents against the latest local rules in Maharashtra. We don’t try to sound like a big corporation because we aren’t one. We’re just local people working in the real estate sector. It’s a lot of routine, but we don't mind it much. We just keep our heads down and work.
