IPJ ADVISORY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

IPJ Advisory (OPC) Private Limited is based out of flat number 1106 in Building C of the Golden Petals complex. This is over in Karve Nagar, specifically at Survey Number 12 and CTS number 502-512. Since we are on the eleventh floor, we get a decent look at the Hinane BK area from the windows. It’s a bit of a trek up if the elevators are busy, but usually, they work fine. The office is really just a flat that we’ve set up for our advisory work. We have some filing cabinets and a couple of laptops. It’s quiet up here compared to the street level, which is nice when we need to focus. Pune 411052 is a busy zip code, but Golden Petals feels a bit set back from the main chaos. We usually arrive around nine and stay until the work is finished. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea during the afternoon. The furniture is just standard stuff we picked up when we moved in. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the door number. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking through different files we have open. It’s a simple setup for a one-person company structure. We keep things humble and just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the week. It feels like a home office because that’s basically what it is. We like it this way.
