About Infratech Bricks – Building & Construction Material in Pune
We've been here at Plot No 95 for a while now. Wagholi is getting busy, so there’s always noise from the road. At Kamal Baug, our yard is mostly just stacks of bricks and some old machinery that we keep running. It’s not a fancy office. Most days, I’m out there in the sun checking the loads. We get a lot of people from around the area asking for prices. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, especially in summer. We just focus on getting the bricks out to the sites. It's tough work and my back usually hurts by five o'clock. The trucks come in early, sometimes before I've even had tea. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. We don't do much advertising because the work speaks for itself. If you drive past Kamal Baug, you can’t miss the stacks. People know us for being around. We try to keep the yard organized, but with so much moving around, it stays messy. That’s just how it is when you’re making bricks. We handle everything from the mixing to the loading. It’s a lot of physical labor. You won't find any air conditioning here, just a fan in the small shed. We deal with whatever the weather throws at us. Some days it’s raining and we have to cover everything up fast. It's a simple life at Infratech Bricks, really. We just keep the wheels turning day after day.
