We are located on the first floor of the Ramhari Complex. It’s in Gawade Colony, right near the Chinchwad Railway Station Road. The address is a bit of a mouthful, mentioning Oza Market, Megezine Street, and the area of Dharukhana opposite the Telco Gate, but once you get to the railway station area, it isn't too hard to find. Impress Enterprises Akanksha Real Estate is what we go by. It’s a busy part of Chinchwad. We have a small office up the stairs. It’s mostly just us and our paperwork. Being near the station means there is always a lot of activity outside. We hear the trains and the people heading to the market. We spend our days dealing with properties and talking to locals. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and look at floor plans. The complex has a few other businesses too. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Most people come to us because they’re already in the area for the market or the station. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. We just stay here and work. Sometimes it’s crowded on the street, especially near the Telco gate, but we like the energy. It’s an honest living. We keep our maps and keys ready for anyone who needs to see a place. Our desks are a bit cluttered with documents, but we know where everything is. It's just a regular local shop.
