We are up on the fifth floor of a building behind the Pune CB. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those survey numbers, but once you find the place, it’s not too bad. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though mostly we just see other rooftops and the busy street below. We’ve been operating as Ideas To Impacts Digital for a while now. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people typing. Pune is a busy place for tech, and we’re right in the thick of it. It’s a private limited setup, but it doesn't feel very corporate inside. We have stacks of papers and half-empty coffee mugs on most desks. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy working on digital projects. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign outside. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people finding us through the work we’ve already finished. We like the grit of the city and the way people here just get on with things. Every day is a bit different. One day we’re stuck on a bug for six hours, and the next, everything goes smooth. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local business doing digital work in Pune.
