Ican Properties

You can find us at the Hanuman Industrial Estate in Pune City. Ican Properties is a small operation. We basically deal with the industrial spaces and land around here. It’s a busy estate with lots of small factories and workshops. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We spend a lot of time walking around showing people different sheds or plots. It’s usually pretty hot and the roads inside the estate aren't the smoothest. We have a lot of keys and even more folders full of old agreements. We don't really do the fancy residential stuff you see in magazines. We are more about the practical side of things, like where a small business can set up their machines. Pune is growing fast and this area is no different. We see new people coming in every week looking for a spot. We just give them the facts and show them what’s available. Our office has a fan that runs all day and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We stay busy and we know the local industrial market better than most because we are right here on the ground.
