We are based out in Block No.1 and 2 at Gat No.105 in the Tirupati Industrial Estate. It is a bit of a drive out to the Mulshi area, but it is a good spot for what we do. We handle chemicals here, which means we have to be very careful with how everything is stored and moved around the floor. We try to keep the place as clean as we can manage, though it is difficult when you are moving heavy barrels all day long. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us live in the nearby villages. It is not like those big city offices with glass walls and carpets. We have practical spaces where we mix and package the products. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desk, but we try to keep the actual production running as smooth as possible. The weather out in Mulshi can be quite something during the monsoon, and we have to make sure the warehouse stays completely dry. We started this place because there was a need for these specific types of chemical mixes in the local industry. We do not spend much time on fancy talk or meetings. We just check the labels, weigh the batches, and get the orders ready for the trucks to pick up. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy. Some days are long, but we just get through it.
