House Point Real Estates

We run House Point Real Estates out of a spot near Nibm Road in Khondhwa. It is a busy area, so there is always some kind of commotion going on right outside our door. We have been around this part of town for a good bit now, so we know the local streets and the older buildings pretty well. Our day usually involves a lot of phone calls and driving around to look at different properties. The office is not much to look at, just a few desks and a bunch of files that always seem to need organizing. We spend more time out and about than sitting behind a desk anyway. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but you just have to get on with it. We deal with all sorts of people who are looking for places or trying to move on from where they are currently living. It involves a lot of paperwork and waiting around for things to happen. We are not one of those big fancy agencies you see in the city center with the glass walls. It is just a local operation here in Khondhwa. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys at the tea stall. Most of our business comes from people just walking in because they saw our board while heading down Nibm Road. It is a straightforward way to work. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us trying to keep everything moving.
