Our place is in Viman Nagar, right on Bajaj X Road. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Viman Nagar is always bustling with students and office workers, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. We deal with real estate around this part of town. Mostly it's people looking for apartments or a small office space to start a business. We have a small office where we keep all our listings and keys. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at different properties. Bajaj X Road is a good landmark, so people find us easily enough when they are new to the area. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones get too much noise from the main road. That’s the kind of stuff we tell people. We don’t believe in sugarcoating things. If a place is small, we say it’s small. We’ve seen the area grow a lot, especially with all the new cafes and shops opening up lately. It’s a good place to be. We just do our daily work, helping people find a roof over their heads without any big drama. If you’re around Viman Nagar, you’ll likely see us out and about on the street.
