Our office is small and a bit crowded with all the components and boxes we have lying around. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time now. It’s not a high-tech showroom with lights and displays. Instead, it’s a working office where we deal with the nuts and bolts of the magnet and electronic business. We spend a lot of time talking to customers over the phone or just dealing with people who walk in off the street. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what’s practical for the work we do. We like the atmosphere of the Peth because there’s always something going on. We have tea from the local stall down the street and keep our heads down. We don't bother with fancy marketing campaigns or trying to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a local Pune business doing our thing. It’s a bit noisy and dusty sometimes, but it’s home to us and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
