Our office is in the B-Wing of Vasant Vidhya Penuchulla, which is right near the Baner Telephone Exchange. It is a well-known spot in Pune, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Hindustan Export & Import Corporation Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for some time. Baner has grown a lot since we first started, and now there are buildings and traffic everywhere. Our office is a bit old-fashioned compared to the new glass buildings around us. We have metal filing cabinets that are usually stuffed to the brim and a few computers that we’ve had for years. The work is mostly about coordinating between different suppliers and making sure the logistics side of things doesn’t fall apart. It is a small team here. We are more like friends than coworkers at this point. We don't really bother with fancy office rules. We just come in, have our tea, and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is stuck at the border, but we try to head home before the traffic gets too bad. The building itself is quite plain, but it suits us just fine. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do. We just focus on the details and try to avoid making mistakes with the customs forms. It is just a regular job for us and we take it one day at a time without much fuss.
