Highworth Physiotherapy Clinic

We are situated in the Gandharv Geet Complex, specifically at C-12, in Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar. The complex is a mix of different shops and offices, so there’s always someone coming or going. Our clinic is a place where people come to get their movement back. We have mats on the floor and some basic equipment for stretching and strengthening. It isn't a high-tech gym; it’s just a space for physiotherapy. We see people who have hurt their backs at work or athletes who have pushed themselves a bit too hard. Sasane Nagar is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. The room usually smells a bit like liniment or antiseptic, which is pretty standard for a clinic. Our sessions can be a bit quiet or sometimes full of conversation if the patient is chatty. We don't use a lot of big medical words unless we have to. We just explain how to do the exercises at home. Sometimes the lift in the complex is out of order, which is a bit of a pain for our patients, but most people manage. We are just a local team doing our thing in Hadapsar. We like the work because you get to see people slowly get better over a few weeks. It’s satisfying in a quiet way, and we’re happy to be here in this complex. We keep our doors open for anyone needing physical help.
