Headway Chemicals India sits on the fourth floor of Gulmohar Center Point. Our office is number 405. If you know the Pune Nagar Road area in Vadgaon Sheri, you know how the traffic can get out there. It’s right opposite the Vlaudt Clinic which is a good landmark for people coming to see us. We work with chemicals all day long. Not the scary kind usually, just the stuff industries need to keep their own factories running. The office is pretty standard. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of files stacked up. It gets pretty bright in the afternoons because of the windows. We aren't some huge multinational with glass walls everywhere. It’s just a regular workplace where people drink too much coffee and talk about logistics. Getting chemicals from one place to another involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls to drivers. That is basically what our days look like. Vadgaon Sheri has grown a lot lately so there are always new shops opening up around the building. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick break just to get away from the screens. It is a decent place to work. We don't do anything flashy. We just make sure the chemical orders are handled right and the customers get what they asked for without too much trouble. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
